Well I am going to give blogging another try. Lets just hope they dont go and change everything on me cause I just dont have the patience to figure out how to post pics ect. Dillon's mom took some family pictures of us while we were in Utah this summer and they turned out cute. So wish we could have gotten the kids together but by the time we got to them, they were totally acting up and were done!! GRRR Maybe another time! Thanks so much Gay. They turned out great!!
Turin is gotten so good at walking just in these last couple of weeks. It's so exciting. He hardly thinks to crawl to get anywhere. He still falls a lot outside which is scary but he gets around good!!
Sydney and London can either be best friends or want to kill each other but they usually get over it pretty quick. The older they get the better they play and Sydney really does look out for London. I don't know what London is going to do next year when Sydney is in 1st grade and she is gone every day. She will be SOOO bored with out her. Hopefully Turin will catch up with London and start becoming a play mate!!
I have to say I will be a little sad to see this common look for Turin no longer. The last 3-4 months he will suck on his bottle as if it were a binky. Its so funny but its some sort of soothing thing I guess. He also loves his blanket that we call, "Big Green" and he will just sit on the ground for a while in this position. So funny. Anyhoo I am on day 4 of weening him of his bottles and so far so good. He has been a bit fussy when we go out cause I am NOT bringing his bottle with me, just his sippy cup but for the most part he is okay. My goal is by the beginning of next week he will be done with bottles forever!!
Sydney learned to ride her bike with no training wheels all by herself a few weeks ago and she is doing so well and loving it. I am so proud of her and so happy there was NO drama which is what I was expecting when it was time for her to learn! HA
Does anyone else hate the way blog has changed? I might not be a blogger anymore cause i cant figure out how to get my pictures on or do anything. I have tried 5 times and still can't figure it out!! ahhh
Well Turin's new favorite thing to do is try and attack the garbage can, knock it over and play with the trash...LOVELY!!! I caught him the other day. He was happy as can be sitting there. I was grossed out!! ha Luckily it's been a few day since he has even touched the can and now he has moved on to opening all of the cupboards in the kitchen. Time to get locks!!
We had a good Easter this year. It was pretty low key. We weren't able to go to my parents house so it was just the 5 of us here but they girls had a good time!!
On Saturday their was a community egg hunt at one of the bigger parks in town but it was sort of LAME. Sydney had an ok time I guess but the second the horn went off London started freaking out because she thought we were going to be searching for her eggs that she dyed. Not the case. It took me longer to get them all ready than we were there and it was COLD! We won't be going back next year! ha

The kids had a good Easter and were pretty excited to wake up and see what the bunny got them. Luckily they didn't wake up too early. The girls are OBSESSED with Alvin and the Chipmunks so the bunny got them Alvin and Simon which is their favorite!!
I attempted to get their picture taken all together but that is always harder than it seems. When I start to get Turin's attention then the girls try to help so they are usually both looking at him and trying to make him smile so they are never looking at the camera at the same time!! ha

This is why London still needs to take a nap at 1pm...so she does not fall asleep in the car ride at 4pm and not wake up even when we bring her inside and lay her on the ground!! hahah She is slowly taking less and less naps!! ahhhh At least it has lasted this long!!
This is Turin's new thing he likes to do(there aren't too many of those things) but riding the horse is one of them. He still can't get on or off himself but one day he will!! He is so cute when the girls get him swinging hard and he laughs and loves it!
My Dad bought the girls these new scooters to play on and they LOVE them. They would be outside rain or shine riding them if I let them. London is more brave and daring then Sydney but Sydney is getting better on the our drive way as well(its a hill)!! Thanks Dad for the present!!
When it comes to eating Turin is still very much spoiled and I hand feed him a lot still and he wasn't sure what to do with the cake so he just went for it head first...sooo FUNNY!!
So the day has finally come and he can crawl..yeah!! I was starting to get a little worried..hahah He is slow but he gets to where he wants to go!!
Well I know I say it every year my kid has a Birthday but I really mean it when I say I can't believe he is already 1!! I remember when he was born thinking a year would be SO long away but it really wasn't. His actual birthday is tomorrow but since Tuesday's are our crazy days we decided to have his party tonight. He did pretty well considering he is still sick. He wasn't liking the cake as much as I thought he would. He hardly ate any of it which I am surprised. He might be taking after London, they DO NOT like getting their hands dirty!! Anyhoo we just had a little party at home with the 5 of us. The girls were more excited than anyone..I think they were thinking it was going to be more fun!! haha I had to keep reminding Sydney that Turin doesn't even have any idea it's his birthday so he won't know the difference. We really do LOVE Turin even though he can be very tiring and difficult but he still is the SWEETEST thing EVER!!

My parents got him some dump trucks..he is slowly starting to like cars/trucks more. I hope he starts to like something more so he will be more happy and content. Do you like my Christmas wrapping paper!! ha I ran out of birthday paper...oops

Turin was starting to get frustrated cause I dont think he quite new how to eat the cake so he just stuck his head in it and dug in..it was pretty cute!
The WORST cake EVER cause I did it and not Dillon..he was at work and could not do it...bummer! I let him off the hook this year but I told him for Turin's next birthday and so on he is doing the cakes!!
